Kathryn Scott

HR Director

Kathryn joined Antenna in June 2017 tasked with the challenge of bringing new ideas to our culture, development and talent initiatives. She also participated in all the people-driven agendas across EMEA as the new HR Director. Since February 2018 Kathryn has been the head of HR for Antenna International with a global remit across our business.

It goes without saying that the thing that brought Kathryn to Antenna is our people. We have a uniquely diverse, talented and eclectic employee base which was the big incentive for her to become part of the team. Antenna offered a perfect opportunity for Kathryn to bring her background of HR roles in technology, professional services and media, combined with her appreciation and knowledge of working with a global employee base. She is never happier than being on our client sites; experiencing the passion and talent that Antenna's people have to offer. Her HR team strives to create tangible, measurable impact for employees, clients and to the performance of the business as a whole.

Kathryn has an MA from Glasgow University and went on to qualify as a teacher (probably a mistake!), following which she quickly moved into business and HR. After obtaining an MSc in HR Management she then went on to qualify as a coach and has multiple psychometric assessment and development qualifications. Kathryn is a Chartered CIPD member and currently lives outside London with her family and dog.
