Our understanding of accessibility issues—honed through years of working with Blind/Low Vision, Deaf, and Hard of Hearing visitors—means authentic, inclusive experiences for your audiences. We approach every project through the lens of universal design, integrating native accessibility features and customized functionalities like screen readers, gestural navigation, video captioning, speed control, verbal description, text enlargement, speed control, and sign language videos.
We continue to win awards for our groundbreaking work as we experiment and evolve with emerging technologies to address accessibility needs. Our creative technologists are constantly pioneering new research and piloting real-life user-tested experiences, working with community partners to ensure we are creating distinct, equal, and holistic guides for all.
Our award-winning Sign Language guides use Deaf-first story structures, sight-based references, Deaf-friendly wayfinding, and plenty of “off-screen” breaks for independent exploration. We cast native Deaf talent on screen and multiple signers because we know from experience it makes a difference. ASL, BSL, ISL — we’ll partner with you on the language and approach best suited to your needs.
Our creative process involves working with Deaf collaborators every step of the way, from site visits to prototyping through final video production. From induction-loop compatible equipment to live-captioning to transcript-overlays to built-in native features, we will help you find the right solution for your Deaf and Hard of Hearing visitors.
